Do you need to report a claim? Our claims team is available to take your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call 1.855.331.6933 and press option 2 for claims when prompted. If you don’t require emergency assistance, you can also report your claim online by logging in to your online account.

You’ll find it’s both easy and convenient to update the payment method associated with your Square One home insurance policy. You log in to your online account and update your payment method in just moments. Once logged in to your account, select the appropriate policy and you’ll be able to update your payment method.

Things are constantly changing, so it’s really important to regularly inform your insurance provider about the changes. Please be sure to contact us if there are any major changes with your home or your life.
For example, we need to know if you’re moving or renovating your home, if you’ve just bought any new personal or specialty property, or if someone is moving in or moving out of your home. Each of these changes may have an impact on your insurance policy. If you don’t notify us immediately of changes that may affect your policy, it may become void and your right to recover under it may be forfeited.

The easiest way to get another copy of your policy is to log in to your online account. Once logged in to your account, select the appropriate policy and you’ll be able to download a copy of the most recent version of your policy.

No one can control when accidents happen. That’s why Square One offers 24-hour emergency claims service.
For emergency assistance day or night, call us at 1.855.331.6933. You have our commitment that you’ll be speaking with a licensed claims adjuster within one hour. The adjuster will guide you through the claims process, including what you can do to deal with the immediate emergency. If your safety, or the safety of your family is at risk, please be sure to call 911 first.
The easiest way to report a non-emergency claim is to log in to your online account. Once logged in to your account, select the appropriate policy and you’ll see a button to report a new claim.
Of course, you are also welcome to call at 1.855.331.6933, Monday to Saturday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (PT), to report your non-emergency claim.
When reporting a claim, please have the following information available: (1) your name; (2) your phone number; (3) your insurance policy number; and (4) the address of the property that is covered under your insurance policy.
